On pot model, map out cyan-blue flower / Stroke turns from thick to light
On the vase body, portrayed Peony flower / Is like your initial makeup
Sandalwood fragrance smoking through window / I get my feelings
On the Xuan paper, drawing pen pauses halfway
Washes of glaze color painting of the lady / Charm is hidden
But your captivating smile is like flower to blossom
Your beauty scatters into wisp
Floating to places I can’t go
Cyan-blue sky waiting for misty rain
I’m waiting for you
Kitchen chimney smoke rises up peacefully
At the other side of river, thousand miles away
On vase base, inscribe with Hanshu / Imitating elegance of former dynasty
Just as my preparation for meeting you
Cyan-blue sky waiting for misty rain
I’m waiting for you
Moonlight gets fished up
Blurring ending of my imagination
Like antique cyan-blue and white porcelain
Appreciating your own beauty / your eyes carry a smile
White and cyan-blue Koi fish / jumps onto bottom of the bowl
Signing by mimicking Song typeface / I’m thinking of you
Your 1000-year old secret hidden in kiln
Extremely exquisite like embroidery needle falling to ground
Outside of curtain, banana tree draws showers of rain / Door knocker incurs copper rust
And passing by that small Jiangnan town / I met you
In the splash-ink landscape painting
In deep ink color you are hidden away
Cyan-blue sky waiting for misty rain
I’m waiting for you
Kitchen chimney smoke rises up peacefully
At the other side of river, thousand miles away
On vase base, inscribe with Hanshu / Imitating elegance of former dynasty
Just as my preparation for meeting you
Cyan-blue sky waiting for misty rain
I’m waiting for you
Moonlight gets fished up
Blurring ending of my imagination
Like antique cyan-blue and white porcelain
Appreciating your own beauty / your eyes carry a smile
